Hero's 6 was a mixed martial arts event held by the Hero's promotion on August 5, 2006 at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, Japan. The quarter-finals of the 2006 Lightweight Grand Prix was held at the event. The opening round had took place at the previous event. The 2006 Light Heavyweight Grand Prix also opened at the quarter-final stage at Hero's 6.
