A documentary series closely follows the work of four emerging pastry chefs in France: Nina MĂŠtayer, Nicolas Multon, Maxime FrĂŠdĂŠric, and Marion Goettle. They are between 20 and 30 years of age and have very diverse backgrounds. Some learned from their grandmothers, while others attended great schools. And everyone talks about pastry as if it were a work of art.
